Open Question: “a friend of mine” ha ha, is wanting to get a vasectomy. ?
However, there is a severe lack of money for the procedure. Does anyone know of any financial assistance for such things, or organizations, Anything? Well, anything except "do it yourself"! ;) Thanks!
