Financial talk

I'm in a tough situation, I'm 21 and I'm trying to find a job. In the meanwhile I need a little financial help from family. Me and a family member got into a couple of months ago. The people who CAN'T help me finacially say I don't owe this person an apology, because they don't like this person. The people who CAN help me want me to apologize. So I did apologize, but now I feel bad like I'm weak or something I just need help. Anyway has anyone ever apologized to someone and you really think you shouldn't have? It's more to the story but I don't want to get into details. You never know someone who knows you could be on here.
