Open Question: Do Rangers really have to spend any money?
Rangers won the double last season without spending any money of note. Is it really necessary to spend any this season to keep Celtic at bay? It's not like they are shaping up to be any better than they were under wee Gordy. It's not how much money you have, it's all about how you make what you've got work for you. And the Tims still believe Peter Lawwell is some sort of master-mind! Looks like he's better suited at lining his own pockets more like!
