Open Question: Got a check in the mail.. thinks its a scam?
Ok i got this letter in the mail from "top financial services" and it was from canada. It said I won some random drawing, IDK.. and along with it came a check of $4,860 and said I needed to send in only 3,000 of it to some financial tax agent.. now thing is it is a REAL CHECK. it came with a watermark, micro printing and everything you see on a real check. Now I know it might be a scam.. but if it was why would they send a real check? I'm not cashing it because its stupid and all that. but what if it's real?
