Open Question: Help with a fight threatening going to court?
Please note im from Australia so the court systems might be different in america. My partner got into a fight at a night club and he has knocked the persons teeth out. They are saying he has to pay $5000 to fix them OR go to court. he says he has 3 witnesses but there is no visual proof and my partner has friends that were there too. all im asking is, will this kid succeed in court also if he pays the money does it have to be in a lump sum and will it go straight to the dentist?? any help would be appreciated. thanks!
