Open Question: How can I remove my ex-boyfriend from our loan agreement on a mobile home?
He left while I was working out of town. I have no idea where he is or how to contact him. Meanwhile I am paying for the home and he still gets the equity. Is there a way to petition the court legally since he has vested no money in it. We just moved in a few weeks ago so he hasn't paid for any of it. Anyone know the legalities involved?
