Open Question: How to get a student loan without a co-signer?
My brother is trying to start his sophomore year at college, However he owes money from last year still. Our father said he was taking care of it, but stopped paying after just 2 months and his credit is bad so he can't co-sign for a loan for my brother and my brother can't find anyone else to co-sign. He doesn't have much, if any credit history so he keeps being turned down for loan, and he is just and average person so there doesn't seem to be and grants out there for him.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
