Financial talk

i love writing even though english is not my first language. I'm only 16 but ive been writing scripts since i was 13. Now that i'm almost done highschool i want to know if me becoming a scriptwriter is the right thing to do. I have many questions that i ask myself everyday.. how do i become a scriptwriter? how long will it take? should i go to school for somthing other then a scriptwriter to earn at least some money to live on and then go to school again for scriptwriting? Please help me answer these questions. Thank You. =)
