I work at a job i love BUT....?
The pay is awful. My hubby is not working so all the financial burden is on me and thank GOD my parents help us out tons. I have recently applied for a new job and got a call back on it but now I am getting cold feet because I feel guilty about leaving the department i currently work with. I get less than $9 an hour (8.91) to work the overnight shift at the police department and answer 911. The job that I recently applied for is offering $11.75 but they seem to have a high turnover and where I am now I love the people but i hate the pay and the managment. Whats your advise?
