Open Question: I’m 22 yrs old and in debt. Can anyone assist me?

I'm 22 years old, I live with my parents, and I'm about $15,000 in debt. I've made a lot bad financial decisions over the past 3 years. I work in a skilled field and get paid better that majority of my friends. But because I earn more, I have built a habit of "splurging" more. I'll admit, I tend to buy a lot of useless items and junk food. I need to change these habits. I have the bank and collection agencies calling for me. Student loans, car insurance, credit cards, and phone bills to pay. And other miscellaneous expenses like internet, online games, gym membership, etc. I'm just looking to see if anybody any kind of advice as to how I can get out of this situation. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you overcome it?
