Financial talk

My husband is driving me crazy , we just moved into our first house and we have a 7 week old baby , he quit his job because his supervisors would work him 24/7 but he was making like $1500 a week . His dad came up with an idea that they should work together for a different company BUT the checks come in his name and the other day they got paid and my hubby asked for his share because we have bills to pay and his father said to let him see the bills and he paid them but didnt let my hubby know how much he made or anything . I know my hubby does MOST of the work because it is labor but it seems to me like his dad is just mooching off of him and using him because he is hard on money right now . Anyways my hubby had an interview today with a GREAT company but his dad didn't let him go and now my hubby is stuck working with him ... I just want AWAY from his parents , I want him to be independant and not have his father monitorings our financial situation . What do I do ???
