Open Question: what’s the easiest way to get cash from a credit card w/out getting a cash advance? paypal?
I need to turn credit into cash to start a business endeavor. The company I'm dealing with is overseas, and I need to wire money to them to get my product made. Would the cheapest way for me to turn credit into cash be to send money to myself through paypal w/ the credit card as the funding source? I believe that would only take out about 2-3%, right? Are there any other options? thanks- Dave
