Financial talk

I fit a rather interesting student profile. I have low GPA (3.2 cumulative 3.3 weighted) with many Honors and AP classes. However, very good test scores (33) on the ACT, and lots of work experience in the area of my intended major (Computer Science). I've been accepted to University of California Riverside, U.C. Merced, University of Oregon, Worcester Polytechnic in Mass. and University of Rochester in NY. UC Riverside is a much cheaper state school (being a california resident), but Rochester's CS program is leaps and bounds ahead of it. It is also much, much more expensive even after a generous financial aid package. $80,000 in college debt from a good school? or far less from a mediocre school? Thanks.
